Olive Tree Cottage is a newly built, detached brick & flint, single storey cottage for two people in the peaceful and unspoilt conservation village of Swanton Abbott, close to North Walsham.

The seaside towns of Cromer and Sheringham are on the doorstep and a little further afield are the beautiful beaches of Holkham and Wells with their lovely pine walks and surrounding countryside. Spend a day at Cley or Blakeney and go bird & seal watching or visit the lovely Georgian town of Holt with it's unusual shops.....

Enjoy the Norfolk Broads which is just 15 minutes away or the Cathedral city of Norwich with it's fine Castle, lively marketplace and two of the best shopping malls in Europe...
